And many of us have some seriously bad habits when it comes to EATING– from eating too fast to ordering too much to “last supper” thinking around cheat meals and more. In this episode I share my insights and some of the changes that my man and I have made that are helping us stay really on track with our diets– and yet still enjoy all the foods- and even adult beverages. Losing weight doesn’t have to mean nothing but boiled chicken and broccoli y’all!
