How to recognize when you have INSOMNIA and how you can TREAT insomnia!

Do you have trouble sleeping? You are so not alone.
So many people suffer from sleep problems- either not being able to fall asleep or not being able to stay asleep- and very few understand 1) how much this will negatively affect your health if left untreated and 2) that this insomnia thing can be TREATED.  Many people don’t realize that their ‘sleep challenges’ are not just a minor thing but actually INSOMNIA. There are treatments and lifestyle changes you can make that can dramatically improve your sleep life and therefore- your health and wellness. Tune in to learn more in the first of this series with Dr. Deirdre Conroy.
There are several products I rely on to help my sleep. I’ve been taking (and my man takes it too) the CALM Magnesium every night before bed. CLICK HERE to buy and I recommend subscribing to have it auto-delivered via Amazon. I also started (and my man too– because he was having problems waking up multiple times each night) a new supplement from 1st Phorm that is working wonders for both of us – in keeping us from waking up in the middle of the night many times. If you’d like to order from me CLICK HERE and search for “Core 21“. I take 2 pills about an hour before bed and he takes 3 pills about an hour before bed. It has worked OUTSTANDING for both of us. If you’d like my assistance on any other 1st Phorm products, fill out the contact me form and I can guide you. I’m obsessed. Additionally, this mask I found out about from Tim Ferris will block out all the light in your room which is ideal for optimal sleep.
