    About Joe Dowdell

    After spending over a decade in the modeling industry, Joe decided to transition into the world of fitness. He had as always had a passion for staying fit as a model. He’d never considered personal training as a career until taking his first step to receive his first personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He started his career as a trainer in a commercial gym and quickly noticed, whilst watching other personal trainers, that there was a lot of standing and talking and not as much training. As a result, it didn’t take him long to realize that he had something completely different and unique to offer. That’s when he decided it was time to set out on his own because he really wanted to be known for helping his clients get something that they might have considered unattainable before…Results.

    In next to no time, his hard-nosed training style helped him build a successful career in the heart of the New York City and eventually leading to owning his very own gym called Peak Performance. That gym grew from year to year and developed a reputation for Joe as one of the top trainers in the country with a client base including professional athletes, corporate professionals, and A-List celebrities.

    In the Spring of 2016, Joe closed his gym and whilst people might look at his career and say that it was as much success as anyone could ask for, for him it still wasn’t enough. He decided to turn his focus on a new goal – to deliver his knowledge and expertise on a global level.He knew that in order to do that he needed to take his training available online and since then he’s been pouring his knowledge and skills into a one-of-a-kind online fitness coaching platform that can be accessed by absolutely anyone, anywhere in the world.
