Call yourself OUT.

People I'm gonna be talking about this a LOT now and in the future because it's SO TRUE. It's not external things that really get in our way of success, it's usually US. 

We can be our worst impediments. 

We doubt ourselves. We compare ourselves. We fear failure. We fear being made fun of or worse. We are intimidated, embarrassed or worried.

We all need to get over it. 

You have two choices. 

Embrace those emotions-- and if you do, well, buy yourself some bigger jeans every year and forget about your vacations in a fabulous new bikini because you won't want to go. 

OR

You can recognize when those emotions arise and CHOOSE TO KICK THEM TO THE CURB. Choose to get over it. Accept how dumb most of that really is.

How DUMB is it to not want to go to the gym until you are perfect? THE GYM DOESN'T WORK UNLESS YOU DO. 

And people. I've been dumb. I've avoided the gym because I feel fat. Dumb. I didn't workout because I was having a bad day. DUMB. I've not worked out because.....oh I didn't workout yesterday and it's been a long week and.....DUMB DUMB DUMB.

Call yourself out. Recognize your own line of BS and then STOMP ON IT. 

It's freeing. And it makes success in the future, much more inevitable.

Now.....how many of you overate this Christmas? How many of you are waiting for January 1 or 2 to "start"?? Why wait?
